Native Acces updating producst problem

Hi,
Can somebody exlpain me why after a couple of years it still is not possible to normally update products in NI Acces? Still I have to use the NI Uninstall reg tool to manually uninstall products. Looking forward for the anser.

Please give people something to work with : Computer type ? , OS version ? , Version of N.A. used ? , What products are you having trouble updating ?
