I keep getting this message
Even after I close and reopen. It won't update. Help please

There was an incident this weekend which might have caused this and which we are currently investigating.
So, can you please quit the Native Access and re-try to download the latest Native Access version using this link below:

Then, please restart your computer and re-open the Native Access.
