Crackled noise issue on Audio Kontrol 6 mk2

Hello,

I have an audio issue with my audio interface. Sometimes, my audio crackles and sounds like 8-bit, robotized… I have to unplug/replug the device. I also state that my mouse disconnects/reconnects when the issue appears.

The issue appears when I play videogame, when I enter in print.screen, or when I plug an USB device

I have already un/reinstalled the drivers.

Sounds like an ASIO buffer related issue.

What ASIO driver have you set in your audio interface and DAW. What sample rate and buffer have you set it too?

What are the specs of your computer?

You might also have a problem with your USB sockets and/or cables. Try connecting to a different USB socket and use a different cable if possible. If you have access to a powered USB hub you could try using that too.

I am on Komplete Audio ASIO Driver. (5.22 currently, same issue on 5.0.0)

44100 Hz, 512 samples. No audio enhancement, no exclusive control

I tried multiple USB ports and cable.

The issue is not related to my DAW because it happens when I use the computer for browsing, watching videos, playing videogames, etc…

So it's related to windows audio

Hello,

Yes I did. But I finally found the issue in the bios settings : it was related to my gpu pcie speed link, had to change the mode.
