Do Not See Kontakt vst3 in plug in folder after Kontakt upgrade
It seems I upgraded the app and something went wrong. Do I completely UNINSTALL the app and RE INSTALL?

Ok - making progress.
Now you need to figure out why Ableton is simply not working.
It should see this folder by default. And is clearly not - so you need to add it as a custom location:
Point this to the folder you just showed above and ALL of the tons of plugins you are clearly missing - should show in Ableton.

Need a ton kore detail here before we can assist;
OS type?
Computer type?
Kontakt version BEFORE upgrade
Kontakt version AFTER upgrade
Native Access version?
VST3 folder is a "defined" system folder on both WIndows and Mac.
Native Access installs ALL VST3 to this folder by default and without intervention (as in - you do not need to "point" any installers to it.

I went ahead and re installed it worked but I can only access Kontakt from the AUv2 folder not the vst3 folder, even though it is selected in Abeton.

Do not know what this means:
"See Kontakt but there id no best plug in where it is supposed to be"
Maybe supply a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Reinstalling will simply put the VST3 right back where it was. on MacOS - the folder is:
Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3
Ensure that Ableton is actually scanning this specific folder.
AND - check it your self to confirm the Kontakt 7.VST3 file is present.

All I can say is that Ableton is NOT scanning your VST3 folder - or does not know where it is. There is a dialog you need to address (this one is WIndows - but yours will be very similar):
Note the VST3 item - if you have not actually SET the VST3 system folders to On - Ableton will ignore everything. You might even want to force this by setting VST3 custom folder to the location I mentioned earlier.
Ableton is dumb as rocks when it comes to this stuff - which is surprising considering VST3 has been the world standard for a while now. It should just know where your VST3 are and scan them.

Did you actually browse out to:
Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3
And confirm that this directory is there and that you can actually see a Kontakt 7.VST3 file out there? Or search your entire system drive for it?
If the directory IS there and the Kontakt file is also there - then Ableton is not working properly
See here for all the different options for Mac OS

This screencap is appreciated but is not the correct location.
The "system" VST3 folder will not be in Users.
It is here:
Macintosh HD:/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
