Ok thanks for answering my question, I don't suppose you know how I go about adjusting the loops to fit with the Ableton live groove template I am using on my track ?

I'm not sure what you men by that. There can be a huge variation of time divisons inside Session Percussionist.

sorry what I mean is, I have a groove template already added to my beats in Ableton, so when I load up the session percussionist in Kontakt in Ableton the grooves are different to the groove template I have used and because there is no way of exporting the midi from session percussionist into Ableton I can't add the Ableton groove template to the session percussionist loops, so do you know a way to make this work ?

I'm not sure if it's possible to make it work like you would like it to. The grooves in Ableton only apply to Ableton's own clips or devices. Have you thought about recording session percussionist to audio and then apply the grooves of Ableton on the recorded clip?
