KONTAKT LIBRARIES DISAPPEARED
hello ! i had to reinstall everything on my pc, and when i reinstalled native access i found out eletric sunburst deluxe, noire, piano colors, picked acoustic and prime bass all disappeared. and the serial numbers disapeared as well on the website of native instruments, i still can use electric mint, exhale and electric vintage, can someone please tell me how can i fix this ? thank you

@luunaatiiquee I quickly checked your NI account, I can't see the products you mention. Could it be that you have another NI account attached to another email? I see that you're in contact with my colleagues, I'm sure they will be able to clear this out.

no i have only one account and you can see the products in my order history

they’re here but i can’t see them where there’s the serial numbers neither in native access

Hi,
just like many others have posted here some libraries are suddenly missing in the Kontakt (6.8) browser. FYI, I did not change anything, did not update the library or Kontakt plugin.
As you can see the library is activated in the NI Access list.
This happens from time to time but is very annoying especially when I'm in the process of arranging a series of projects.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, if you updated Noire earlier this year, this is normal. Please check the release notes of Noire for example:
This is why you can't open the library in Kontakt 6. You can find all the previous installers here: Previous versions of recently updated Kontakt libraries / compatibility with K6 older libraries
