S4 mk3 .. no output .. input signal and Master LEDs displaying

Dear community

I have an S4 mk3 limited edition blue, connected to a MacBook running windows AND Macbook running iOS

Both have DJPro4 .. and now DJPro4

First time I used it on the Windows machine it worked fine.

Second time.. it made weird noises and stopped sending any Master output despite both signal and Master LEDs working.

I have tried reinstalling multiple times on both machines and still all lights working .. no output signal.

Please help!
