My S4 MK3 controller has started to turn off by itself and then immediately turn back on. I have tried switching cables, the power supply, and the socket, but nothing has worked. There are threads reporting the same problem, but without a solution (at least on the forum).
I opened a support ticket, and I've never seen such a slow response. I've been waiting for a response from Native since August 2nd. The product is under warranty, and if it needs to be replaced with a new device, it will generate a new serial number, which will be taxed since I live in Brazil. I'm writing here just to share my frustration with the post-sales service. Every message I send takes days to get a response; the last message I sent was on August 2nd, and I haven't heard anything back yet.
Is there anyone from the company who reads this here?
The social media team on Instagram keeps posting things about the brand non-stop, but when it comes to providing support that really matters to us, they leave us hanging.
