Jogwheel dead zone - Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3

hey!
The right jog wheel on my Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 doesn't work properly. When I turn it, the software only reacts at a quarter of the turn. Nothing reacts at all for the rest. Have you ever had this problem? Do you have any tips on how I can fix it?

(The controller has already received new firmware.)

    Which version of Traktor are you using?

    Hey!
    My Traktor version is 3.11.1 17
    I also tested the controller with VirtualDj to see if it had the same problem
    and the Jogwheel does the same thing there.

    Okay, your test with virtual DJ could confirm that it might be a Hardware issue. Maybe the jog wheel is somehow broken.

    Do you have the possibility to test it in a different computer?

    Yes, I've already tried it on another computer and I have the same problem there.
