I just purchased Scene: Saffron and it needs the newest Kontakt 7 update. I have set the disk to full access etc., restarted my machine, updated NI Access, still not working. Any help is appreciated
Hello illbeni, it seems like your Kontakt version is not the latest, even though we don't know why it is not auto updating, I would kindly suggest to download the latest version of the Kontakt using this direct download link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SRHNJCFVSeTT2chu77UcgQAlAENcQmU9/view?usp=drive_link
Then please restart your Native Access and retry to use your product.

If you are getting a message telling you that your Kontakt is too old - and cannot seem to update it - I am guessing you are running a Mac and it is probably too old as well
What OS are you running?
What version of Kontakt?
What version of Native Access?

Native Access - Version 3.13.0
Well for sure your Kontakt version is too old. Why it is not updating is a mystery.
Would be helpful to see an actual screencap from Native Access to troubleshoot this.
Or - Might be one for NI support to look into.
