What exactly did you buy? "Komplete" 13? or what?
If it is Komplete - a gentle suggestion to start threads under the correct forum (Komplete General)
And despite your external hard disk issues - that should not matter.
Get your new drive up and running, install the latest version of Native Access (3.13.0) and login with your NI Acct. You can set up your file location paths in NA and then start downloading/installing your v13 products just as before.
