I just want to open a support ticket, but cannot find where to do that. It seems to be well hidden.
You to select a category, login, scroll down, click on the chat bubble, talk to a bot, answer some questions and that will connect you to a human or if non is available it will open a ticket for you. And hopefully send you a mail.
