Is there a fix for missing pictures on Native access?new install. 6 months issue.

I erased my laptop. first install is native access. no graphics. I created a new user on NI with no products. still no graphics.

some time around Feb. I got a new m3max laptop. so I installed new NI native access and got graphics on the products etc. after an update it broke. got no products. with the support advise I used the "use legacy products" and saw my products. no graphics.

I wouldn't care about it so much but graphics is missing on NI Komplete 2 keyboard. I can't use it like that.

any known solution for this?

Anyway, it seems NI komplete graphics are ok too, so this is strictly a bug in Native access that can't download the pictures and disabling ipv6 solved the issue (showing pictures) both for Native access interface and NI komplete.

I'm not sure my IPv6 is functioning correctly (Disabled on the router, although test-ipv6 still reports I have ipv6… and my Mac nic shows ipv6 address… )

Hey @tiran I couldn't find any requests from you in our system. You mention graphics missing in Native Access and on your Komplete Kontrol keyboard? Can you post a screenshot on how it looks in Native Access?

Have you given full disk access to Native Access and the NTKDAemon? Also to Komplete Kontrol and your DAW? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

You mentioned it broke after an update, do you mean a Native Access update, another update?

Hi @Jeremy_NI,

Lets start with good news: I managed to resolve this.
I followed the ntkdaemon article. given full disk acess.

Anyway, I disabled IPv6 on my router and the pictures started to appear. So this is a rather interesting bug as regular installation download are working but graphics is not downloaded. Don’t know why NI komplete icons were also missing but I’ll check and update later if that was resolved too.
