Komplete Kontrol Plugins problem
None of My Komplete Kontrol programs / Plugins are loading onto my S61 mk2 midi controller
I open the software and it can't find anything at all its just totally blank The Komplete folder is in Native Instruments in my Hd on my mac but its just not seeing them at all ,
I've had his issue since late last year so not been able to use the system at all ,
Does anyone know how i can sort this .

Do you see your products within Native Access?
Need to ensure that is fully working and lists ALL your products from your NI acct (both installed and available) before you will see anything in Komplete Kontrol

It's in Native Access , but there a few of the programs that will not close so they are always open,
komplete Kontrol , kontakt, Kontakt 7 , Guitar rig 6 Pro , being the others that does not close down, and I don't know how to closes them , manual
The komplete Kontrol loads the programs , but there's no Previews and I can't select any thing on my S61 mk 2 midi keys , because you can't not load any of the programs to play anything

Also all the programs are visable in the KO stand alone program but with no previews at all
and in my Ableton Live 11 ,opening Komoplete Kontrol there no Programs at all

Can you list a few example of product you see in Native Access - that would have proviews? Kontakt 6/7 will only ever have previews if you load their specific Factory Libraries.
Without those - these two have nothing and are simply applications. Same with Komplete Kontrol, Guitat Rig 6 etc.
If you see something like Ethereal Earth or Analog Dreams etc IN standalone and still have no previews - that is a Komplete Kontrol issue - ranging from it not knowing where you plugins are - to not having initialized it's database properly.
You may alos have not installed your S61MKII correctly. Or is not configured correctly in the settings for Komplete Kontrol.
You should post up a screen cap of your Audio Settings from Preference in Komplete Kontrol AND the VSTPlugins and Library locations so we can see where KK is looking for your stuff.

Also CMD +Q shuld work for a lot of apps.
Do Ableton, Komplete Kontrol and all your NI software have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Have you checked the following? My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete
and finally if none of the above you should reset Komplete Kontrol 's database:
Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database
- Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
- Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder.
- Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
- Reboot your computer and reopen the KOMPLETE KONTROL software to check that the issue has been resolved.

I close the programs down , but when you view them in Native Access they are always open , where all the other programs aren't

You can see in your Library page they are all there so they should be showing, I can see some in your screenshot of the browser. Are you sure you are in the factory view when you open it in Live? As there is virtually nothing in your User Library folder there would be nothing showing yet in User.
For previews you need to install the previews library

as far as I know I’ve installed the preview Library’s
In My Native Access folder which as you know shows all your programs under each one it says fully installed!!!So I take it from there that they have been , my system as been like this since late last year
Before then everything worked fine , since then it’s been a constant battle,
I really don’t know very much about Computers and everything to start with , so I am finding this very difficult.

You mean this "open" ?
This is to open the applications from Native Access, it doesn't mean they're open. This is normal.

We can see the browser of Komplete Kontrol with products showing. What happens when you try one of those? Do you get an error message?

As you can see you can select the Program which highlites it and to the right where the Previews section is , notting appers there
Also on my S61 controller instruments images are shown on the left side screen but I can not select any of them at all

Even after resetting the database, as shown before?
How does it look in Kontakt?

Kontakt stand alone Works and also it works okay in my Ableton live 11 as well , My Komplete Kontrol Synths
will open in Ableton when I select them one by one from the drop down menu in there , but not with Native Access & Komplete Kontrol stand alone and of course no Previews which means I can't use my S61 controller the why I should be able to

Native Access is only here for downloading, installing and activating, it's not needed after that.
So you're saying that Komplete Kontrol inside Ableton is 100% functional, you can browse, load, play and control presets? But not in Komplete Kontrol in standalone?
Have you tried to reset Komplete Kontrol's database or not? Have you tried starting Komplete Kontrol from the apllications folder?
