Hi everyone,
So I switched from Win10 to Win11 and installed it on a fresh drive. I downloaded the new NatveiAccess, installed it and logged in with my account. Now, none of the Komplete 12 Ultimate plugins are showing. When I switch back and boot my Win10 again, everything works. I can also check the serials for all plugins, everything is registered fine.
The wild thing however, I cannot find the serial in my account on the NI website, though the old native access shows it to me including serials and everything. I already checked the email address, which is the same. Other software (e.g. community drive) is also showing normally.
Has anyone expirienced something like this before? Thanks a lot!
