NI Massive freeze

Hello guys, i just install my Native Instruments Komplete 10 on my brand new PC and i have a problem. Everytime, when i open NI Massive and wants to change preset, or make any other chage with knobs, my massive just freeze and is innactive like 15-20 seconds. Is pretty annoying, becouse samples, programs, and presets have on my system SSD, so it should be quick. Everything works perfectly (Kontakt, FM8). Any ideas?

I reinstall it with a Native Access an still going to freeze.

Please state some info about your PC, like the used operating system, and your system specifcations, including your graphics card.

Also, I take it that both the VST and the standalone freeze? Have you tried another host, like Savihost?

Yes, second picture is standalone - after i reinstall, i open it and instantly freeze. No, i didnt try another host, i dont know what host is, i use FL Studio as a DAW, without working on this DAW it is useless for me.
