Maschine Plus - problems starting up

For some time now, my machine plus has been difficult to start up or switch on. It often gets stuck when starting up, then I have to pull out the mains plug... the second time it usually works. I have read that there is a .nut file for the SD card… How do I get this file? Thanks

Hi - unfortunately no success with my machine plus. Started up several times with the .nut file on the original SD card (root)... The file is not recognized, or starts up as usual and hangs. Pull the plug and the 2nd or 3rd time it works...
