Komplete Kontrol where it stores scales data on the disk?
Hi all,
Komplete kontrol with their native keyboards, e.g. on S61, you can select a scale and then it enables only notes of the scale on the keyboard and also switches on the lights to the corresponding keys that are in scale.
Is there a way to add custom scales? I play Carnatic music also and then so many scales that are not available in the preset lists of Komplete kontrol.
Is there anyway we can add custom scales to the list and see them on the Komplete (e.g. S61) keyboards?
I want to add more scales to it either from the Menus or Komplete Kontrol or by accessing the file system where it stores this data.
Could any one of you help?

Great question and answer which most do not like.. this a great controller half baked but I would hope later this year that is on the horizon.. so much missing but it would be a nice add.

It's part of the program, not stored on the computer as files you can edit or add to. It has been asked hundreds of times for years to be able to add or edit scales. Don't think it will ever be possible, customisation is not really what this product offers at all.

Thank you so much @JesterMgee and @Beatsandmore for your answers, that confirms still the product is stuck at the same place. May be its time to abandon Native instruments.
Its most unfortunate, these companies sell Hardware and software and stop supporting. Lack of innovation makes people to abandon that product and never see the product or company again.
I was admiring Roli, suddenly they went bankrupt and stopped producing hardware, that time exactly I came to Native Instruments as an alternative, it also looks like, failing me without support or innovation.

I thought this time around that NI would have taken its time before releasing a new controller and listen to the customer and fix and develope new feature requests. Ni has done the opposite released new hardware and so far taken the next 6 + months to release basic functionality. Controller is half baked I know it's been said but extremely disappointed.

That's really frustrating @Beatsandmore, Tools should work and they should support, my iPad app Geoshred gives wonderful updates and very much innovative.
Not sure why these so called pioneers of the industry cannot keep up and lose their admired fans and supporters.
