Major Crash and Lost Audio Files

This has been a total nightmare since I got this Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3…one problem after another. I wish I had a pro DJ to help me get everything setup but now it just got much worse. Now my Traktor crashed and lost all my audio files…is there anyway to recover them?

On windows, go to 'C:\Users\"USER"\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor 3.11.1\Backup\Collection'.

Pick the newest file and copy it to 'C:\Users\"USER"\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor 3.11.1'. Rename it to 'collection.nml' (after deleting the old 'collection.nml'). This will recover the most recent saved list of audio files.
