Spotlight Collection Only Opening as 'Demo' and No Sound
I've just (today) bought Spotlight Collection: Ireland, which I understand can be used with Kontakt Player.
I've installed it via Native Access, and opened it in my DAW (Cakewalk). I also downloaded and installed the latest version of Kontakt Player 7.
But, none of the plugins have any sound and they are all showing a red 'demo' text. Another free instrument (from the same collection) that I installed some months ago is working OK.
I'm very new to Kontakt and NI plugins, but can't afford to lose the money spent, and there does not seem to be anyway to contact NI (the online contact form is not available).
I would be grateful for any advice on how to fix this issue.

Somehow, this issue was resolved after I re-installed (for the third time) the Ireland instrument, and then re-registered another instrument, Irish Harp, which qualified me for a discount on the Ireland download.
Although I had registered the Harp instrument previously, I can only assume that Native Access had not recognized it until I re-registered it.0 -

Try opening things first in the stand-alone version of the Kontakt 7 Player first , does that work or not ?
Prior to opening a new installed Kontakt in a DAW you must first open the app as stand-alone.
Else you can try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt product XML)
Else what is your computer type and OS version and Native Access version and kontakt 7 Player version ?

Thanks for your reply. I tried opening Kontakt Player 7 as a standalone, but it's not opening fully. It appears with a 'splash screen' with info about the instrument I opened from the browser, and I can't get that to go away, so that I can use the player.
Any advice is welcome.0 -
