How do I turn my Komplete kontrol back on?

my komplete kontrol M32 seems to have turned off. I have no idea how to turn it back on.it says its in MIDI mode, but it wont do anything. The browser is off, the octave pads are lit up and thats it. Dead in the water otherwise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the fault finder article here : My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start

Especially check if the NIHardwareAgent and NIHostIntegrationAgent services are running and if the USB cable is OK , plus try another USB port..

Also there is a relatively new firmware available for the M-Series so once you are sure that the USB connection is OK and stale then you might want to update the firmware (Drivers and other files downloads)

Else what is your OS version ? , what is your version of Native Access ? and what is your version of Komplete Kontrol app ?

Hellk and thank you so much for the help, I’m using widows 11. I honestly don’t have a clue about what versions of access or komete kontrol i’m using. I’m sure it will come as no big shocker that I’m rather lost when it comes to computers in general. I’m learning as fast as I can, but there sure is a long way to go. again. i very much appreciate your help!!
