Please try quitting Native Access, then deleting the "Native Access.xml" found here: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center Then start Native Access once more. Additionally, please make sure to enable Full Disk Access for both Native Access and the NTKDaemon: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
