Guitar Rig 5 with Rig Kontrol 3 won't work on different laptop

I've owned Guitar Rig 5 with Rig Control 3 for years. I've installed on new laptop which uses WASAP (Shared) - no other option available in 'settings' - my old computer used ASIO.

With guitar plugged in, no input registers on Rig Kontrol and no sound.

Please help

Your profile says Windows 11. As far as I can see then Rig 3 Kontrol is not compatible with Windows 11 and I don't think that Guitar Rig 5 is either. (Windows 11 Compatibility News)

But I did find a couple of discussion where people apparently had gotten the Rig 3 Kontrol to work with Windows 11 : Rig Kontrol 3 Win 11 compability , and lower part of page here concerning PC : Guitar Rig 7 and Rig Kontrol 3

That's all I have and all that I can do for you with respect to Windows 11 (?).
