Kontrol X1 no longer working

When I plug my controller into the USB all the lights flash but the actual controller is inactive.

Running Windows 10 / Audio 10

Worked for years and now somehow stopped working.

Does this sound familiar?

    Heyo!

    Have you tried to use different USB cables? Also if your X1 is connected to a HUB would be nice if you could try plug in it straight to the computer! :)
