kontakt doesn't open in my DAW

hey guys, i am unable to open kontakt in my daw. everytime i open it the daw crashes. i uninstalled n reinstalled kontakt and ableton but it doesnt resolve the issue. i tried to open kontakt on komplete kontrol,maschine 2 and standalone but it doesnt open there also. in maschine it says unable to open and on komplete kontrol it crashes and it doesnt launch as standalone.
