How to get the mapping code for changing Filter/Reverb/Dual Delay/Noise/Time Gater?

I made a mapping for the iPad you can download from here: maps.djtechtools.com/mappings/14103

It's working for any iPad with TouchOSC installed for Traktor, still need to write up documentation.

I want to make the filter section in my layout changeable like the Traktor Kontrol S4 mk3 and like the video here: youtu.be/q4vZZjH1wEI?t=610 but didn't find the right mapping code.

Did anybody know the right add in code for that?

BTW has Native Instruments an own upload area for mappings? Because www.traktorbible.com is shut down where I had uploaded my mappings before.
