I try load my Gentelman piano but all my instrument dont show up anymore even in Native Acces the instruments disapeared. What is goin on ????
So ! , you are on Mac M3 silicon ? and Mac OS Sonoma what version ?
If you recently upgraded to version 14.4 then that's bad because that has given a lot of people problems !
Else , then what is your Native Access version ? If you are using newest version for your OS (which you generally should) then the version 3.9.0 and 3.9.1 have both been giving more people problems so in that case then try downgrading to NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 .
Else , Log out of Native Access , then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , then reboot computer and log in to Native Access again and see if that helped !
Also in case of problems the always double check that you have given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access !

Else please give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version, Kontakt version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual sceenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far! Or alternatively contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support right away instead !

Thanks a lot guys for trying to help me out.
Just to be more precise. I checked if my OS had upgrade, or my Logic, or even my Kontakt. And I checked none of them had enable the auto install of new versions. So they sticked to their original version. Specially beacause I have a gig on sunday so I prefer to stay stable as most as I can. The only thing I tried to downgrade was my Native access. Thats why I posted my Marvin Gaye naive yet dramatic message "Whats goin on ?? ". Bcause for me I came out of nowhere.
But one other thing is maybe to notice is that I have a Universal Audio device and my OS tried to make me aware that the extensions that I intalled are gonna be soon obsolete with my OS. i dont know if this can be conected to my Komplete disparition. I try to be the more transparent and give the more details like if I spoke to inspector Columbo ;););)
I tried to downgrade my native access on your advice but no progress on my problem. Still have no instruments...
My Kontakt even has gone.
Thanks for the update. If you are certain that nothing has changed - then this is a mystery.
Really - makes no sense that everything was working one minute and not the next.
Also - a bit odd that you are still on Sonoma 14.1 - which is several months old now. But maybe that's where you stopped?
VP
Yesit is a mystery for me too. I don't understand what is odd in not upgrading his OS ? Is it so bad ? i just bought this computer recently and I prefer to control the changes in my softwares in order to not have this kind of problems that comes from nowhere.
Totally understood.
But you do know that many NI products - including Kontakt itself - are still not yet fully supported on Sonoma?
That in itself - could be a factor - especially when you are using a version of Sonoma dating back to last fall when it literally had no support from many vendors.
Then again - you already stated that things were all good on Saturday - so having the same version of Sonoma then and now (assuming nothing has changed) probably has little to do with this.
Might be time for a support ticket as your issue is most definitely unique.
i'm also having this issue on windows 10, doesn't seem very unique to me ☹️
@Jiwee Bechir @shallowtbh There was an issue with Native Access, now fixed: Issue with Native Access 3.9.1 not displaying anything/any content
The fix is to restart Native Access, did that fix it for you?
Unfortunately not
@shallowtbh Have you tried to reset Native Access xml file, as suggested in this thread? Here's how: My Product is Missing in Native Access
If that didn't help you should contact our support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA
