Unable to install komple 11 product When accessing native access, the product is not visible. I tried to add it through a serial, but it says another user is already registering.

Where did you buy the product from? If it was a new product from a shop you should contact them and ask for a replacement.
If you bought it secondhand then the seller should provide you with a Transfer ID, not a serial number.
