selling Traktor S2.
I’ve bought the S4 and selling my S2. So far I’ve not used the new software CD that came with my new HW. I currently have both decks registered. If I transfer the S2 to a buyer and transfer the Pro3 SW, will I still have access to all my music & playlists in Pro3?

Yes, the software is the same for the S2 and the S4 so you'll retain all your playlists/settings etc. When you sell hardware you keep the licence anyway. This is explained here - Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
