How to troubleshoot Native Access failed to download?

I keep getting the following failed to download. I wish NI have an error log so we know what's causing the failure.
Native Access is version 3.8.1 and MacOS is Sonoma 14.3.1.

Here are some standard things to check ! , ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! also please check firewall and if Private Relay is on then turn that off in preferences ! :
Please be sure to use latest version of the Native Access for your OS !
You could also try resetting the Native Access XML (Mac AND Windows) , please consult the page My Product is Missing in Native Access

Perhaps someone can help you with that.
I will 'summon' @Jeremy_NI to solve the issue for you.
Wait couple of days.

@Milos, thank you for tagging @Jeremy_NI. Everything PoorFellow said is checked. I have not tried resetting the Native Access XML yet unless this is a last resort.

Sure thing, no problem.

Nobody should tag Jeremy while he is on leave from here since he would return to a huge stack of tags from issues that might have even been solved when he is actually returned !
Also , since you have to wait for Jeremy you just as well could have opened a ticket to customer service who also takes time to respond , especially since if Jeremy does not come up with anything better than I (he might and then again he might not I couldn't say) then you will be told to contact N.I. Native Access customer service anyway !

Just tossing my lawn dart into the target area here...OP, have you checked to be sure that the target download disk or partition is not down to zero freespace?
This very thing happened to me not long ago. Luckily for me, I just needed to move some partitions around and add some unallocated space to the download partition (yeah, my download partition used to be its own disk drive, but now is a partition on an even bigger drive, lol).

At BIF , Thank you ! , yes you are right , I forgot that, out of temp space for download or space at content location drive would also do it !

P.S. There has just been a report that a user tried to fix a download problem by switching download servers using a VPN connection. Such server issues ought not exist at all at the moment since there are no sales going on. But since the issue has been reported then I thought that I would share this with you also. It has been seen during the sales that specific libraries on specific servers had problems but as written then at least theoretically N.I. ought to have so good a grip on things that it ought not be a server issue but you never know. You could try to use a VPN to switch server if you want ! (I couldn't say which location to try to switch to !)

Check your actual disk utility space available.
I ran into an issue the other day where I had (allegedly) 1TB of free space, but a bunch of it was taken up by local time machine snapshots. They're only supposed to exist for 24hrs but for some reason I had over a dozen. Not to get into the weeds of MacOS, but they're supposed to not really exist ie, other programs aren't supposed to see they take up space, so the program will see more free space available. However, it doesn't seem Native Access acts the way that MacOS intended programs to act.
Not the greatest screenshot, but you can see in finder I have 1.17 TB free space, but when I go to the terminal and view the actual free space it shows 96% full and only 152 GB of free space. Hence I was unable to download a package from NA.

Well that all looks good, a minor difference there but even terminal reports 1.4TB free which is more than enough for any NI library. And your main drive looks good as well.
It might just be what @PoorFellow mentioned, a network issue. This is why we've been asking for more verbose/better/more helpful error messages in Native Access.
There is a log file that gets generated, but it's not super easy to digest, perhaps @Hayo_NI might have more insight?

Where can I find the previous version of NA2? I'm also having the same download issues but didnt have any before updating. BTW, I also had the same issues before but signing in to my VPN was able to bypass the problem, but a later version fixed it. Then had it again now, but using VPN doesnt solve it anymore. Would just like to install previous version and see if I can quickly fix it as I'm in a bit of a rush. Thanks in advance.
