Now that NI & Izotope have merged nobody seems to have any answers. My Izotope Product Portal no longer works. I tried re downloading and re installing and now it's totally useless.
Does anybody here have any answers?

Hi @Johnbee have you been in touch with our support team already? I couldn't find any tickets under your email address in our system.
I opened a ticket at the isotope site. I was supposed to get an email from them but didn't. I have been reading around the internet that people have been having issues. My Isotope product portal seems to be dead right now. The plug-ins seem to work but I periodically check for updates. What's going on here? Would appreciate an answer. Thanks.
