how do I sample my PC audio output straight into my MK-1 maschine?

I have managed to do this, but I seem to have to pick just the right choices of input/output and have virtual cables etc etc. Is there a way I can do this that is reliable?

  I have managed to do this - but everytime I reboot I cant seem to find the right combination of inputs and outputs. It's very vexing.
