cant get sound out my speakers and seem to be picking up out side noise like my mic is on
Turntables usually send a very low amplitude signal requiring RIAA de-emphasis. Therefore, you will need a bunch of added gain and then have to reproduce the following 31-band EQ curve in reverse (ie. negative values become positive and vice versa):
The reason for this is physics, low frequency signals result in much larger grooves on the record, and therefore would take up all the space available, unless RIAA was used during cutting of the record.
..probably easier just to use a phono preamp which does all this work for you 🤓

your discription is verry poor but i'll give it a try:
At first if the mic is still in the input then the other input is deactivated.
Then put your turntable outs to the maschine inputs. Be sure they are activated in the maschine settings too.
Select a free pad, push the sampling button, select your input source, monitor has to be ON!

What's the make and model of the turntable?
The inputs of the Maschine MK3 are not suitable for direct connection of an "industry standard" turntable such as a Technics SL1200. You'll need a preamp of some kind (unless the turntable has a line level output).
