When I add a new sound, it changes the sounds of everything I have in logic. How do I change that?

I'm not sure if that question was too vague but here's what I'm dealing with. I'm in Logic Pro X, whenever I add Fables to one instrument in a track, it changes everything else to Fables as well. So whenever I have multiple tracks, If I want to use a different Knotakt 7 player, it changes all the other tracks to that one.
