Session Guitarist - Picked Accoustic Download Failure

I bought Komplete Ultimate 14 this evening and tried downloading. Everything came in successful, excepting for Session Guitarist - Picked Accoustic, which continuously depicts "Download Failure". I have tried everything and no success with this. Please advise?

Not at all. All other modules came in fine and uneventful.

Did you try reinstalling Native Access?

Nope, doesn't work at all. I was able to "re-download" the guitar that wouldn't download, but now cannot locate it to "install it" into my libfrary. How do I take what i have in the downloads doc downloaded and get it into NApp to install it without it trying to "re-download it", with permissions? Thanks

Hi,

I'd like to join this thread as I am having the exact same problem. I upgraded to Komplete 14 Ultimate from Komplete 11 standard and just downloaded and installed everything via Native Access 2 on my 2017 iMacPro. It all worked perfectly, all 31 items, EXCEPT for Session Guitarist - Picked Acoustic. I've tried numerous times, restarted, and tried again. Every time it begins but fails. I get the message "Download Failed" and it will not finish.

How can I make this work?

OK, never mind. I redownloaded and re-installed NA 2 and it finally downloaded and worked. Odd, but it worked.

Hi, here is what I did to resolve this. NI sent me a file, separate from the typical download bundle. I tried relentlessly to get this to work, until I picked up the instructions, which talked about opening with the mac software, and parking the download package into a virtual drive. This is the only way that this will work. Once I did this and opened it from there, the apple warning came up stating that this is not verified by apple and wouldn't let me open it. I called apple and they guided me through bypassing the security settings in apple and it then opened like a charm! It is a very sensitive, not well documented work around, but once I hit the Eureka, it was simple. I should not have had to go through this as you shouldn't either, but it is what it is, and eventually after days at it I got it to work. Very frustrating, but realistically achievable in time.
