Can I have my money back? I can’t use Picked Acoustic Guitar anymore because it doesn’t work in Kontakt 6. I need 7. Why do I have to pay for that? And being on OS Mojave I can’t install 7!

I was a bit too quick asking for my money back:-). I've downloaded the 1.0.0 version and after a retry I succeeded. Maybe you should add that after installing the older version you don't react to the message in Native Access to update. That will give you back the newer version. I know: I'm not too bright
