Why are some of my Instruments interface page black or white and can not be seen ?

When I open for example Alicia Keys, the interface can not be seen it is black or white sometimes I can play the one particular sound that is loaded. what happen to my video capabilities ?

  Have you tried refreshing the Kontakt tab by clicking on the '!' icon, sir?

  @bassplayer What version off Kontakt are you using? Is it happening when using Kontakt in a DAW or in standalone? Have you checked this article? KONTAKT 7 Opens with a Black Window
