Does Customer services even exist in Native Instruments??

Just brought a bundle in the cyber season sale and having taxing issue during the shipment.
Fedex require me to figure it out within a week but I haven't receive any reply on my support ticket in 4 days like nobody cares about it.
Does Customer services exists in Native Instruments?

It does exists. Response is slower than expected when they have a busy season, which is probably now because of the sale going on. Hold on I guess, eventually they sort it out.

Unfortunately, this is the selling season and thus the help desk is heavily loaded.
