Hello, I just bought s88 mk3, and I see strange issue.

When im playing with keys, or if keyboard not touched by me, screens reacts to "touches" to the knobs.

Can I reduce sensitivity to touch?

If you wipe it with a dry cloth for screens, the effect disappears for a while. But after I touch the handles myself, he comes back. This makes it difficult to use the browser because it constantly starts

This has been brought up in another thread too, not necessarily uncommanded inputs, but accidentally touching the top of the control knobs while turning them. A handful of users have been asking for a sensitivity adjustment for the capacitive touch.

I believe, you can adjust the sensitivity in the controls.

I've been through every menu option on the S61 MK3 shortly after I got it. I have not seen any options.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's some button combo to put it in developer mode though. I know if you hold the shift key down while powering on the Mk3 it will go through and do a little LED demo, but I haven't tried any other keys or combinations of buttons.

I'll have to go through the firmware and see if there's a file or something that stores calibration values for the knobs.

I also have this issue with my S49 Mk3 on multiple control knobs. Has an official fix been disclosed anywhere as I find it really distracting when working and 4 or 5 of the controls knobs are changing settings at random.

This just started happening on my S61 MK3 that I bought shortly after launch. Wiping the knobs with an alcohol swab / lens wipe helps somewhat, but not permanently.

I keep my studio pretty clean, but if tiny amounts of dust buildup on the knobs are causing this, then we need a sensitivity control.

Done. We identified the supplied USB-C cable as the source of the ghost touch issues. Replacement has been sent by NI. 👍️

If I use usb-c cable from MacBook charger it will works? how did you find this issue and solution? Give some details please.

I'm using a USB-c cable that I had already and the issue seems to have been resolved using that rather than the original cable supplied with the keyboard. NI are in the process of sending a replacement USB-c cable but it hasn't arrived yet so can't say whether or not that works or not.

I tried several different usb-c cables and none of them made a difference. All the same, knobs still develop reactions to touch when no one touches them.

@sanchar You should get back to my colleagues with this information.

I have the exact same problem with my new S88 MK3, so I'm looking for a solution too. I will contact customer support, but please Ni Customer Care, do post here if it is confirmed by you that the USB cable supplied by Ni with the keyboard is indeed the source of the problem or not? Thanks.
