Hey u,

I downloaded komplete start with all its plugins. i installed all of them in native access. heres the first problem. when i clicke on preferences, file management it says :"

C:\Proramm files\native instruments\vst plug ins 64 bit but the installation path of the plugins says something completly different.

ozone ist insalled in:"

C:\Proramm files\iZotope\ozone equalizer\

as an example

i tried to move it through shortcut and cut to the vst 64 bit where all other are.

i scanned the plugins in ableton

it shows izotpe in the bottom left where the scanned plug ins are shown but doesnt appear in the plug ins list.

has any one an idea

thank and sorry for my english.

Our plug-ins are not developed in vst2 format, they are now only VST3, make sure to enable VST3 plugins in Ableton. By default our vst3 files are installed here: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

You should see it in Ableton under Plugins, then click VST3 then iZotope. If you don't see anything in the VST3 section check in Preferences/Plugins and make sure "Use VST Plug-in System Folders" is set to On.

In general copying plugins around isn't necessary as they're generally installed in the correct place, especially VST3 plugins where there's a standard location.
