Maschine MK2 encoder issue

Can someone explain how to fix this issue.

It occurs after a long period of non-use. I can't imagine that it's a hardware malfunction.

Shortly after a device update from v 23 to v 34,the right controls also worked mutually influencing each other.

But the problem disappeared again.

Exist a solution for this malfunction?
