registered products running in demo mode
Hi there,
I have full versions of FM8, Massive and Absynth5 registered in my NA account, however after installing them (from my NA account) to a new PC they will only run in demo mode in standalone and DAW applications despite being registered as full versions in NA.
The versions opening in Standalone and DAW applications correspond to the versions in NA. There are no duplicate instances of the instruments due to this being a new PC.
Can anyone please advise???

I must also add that all other instruments and plugins function without issue
