I cannot connect to Native access with my NI passwords ?
Make sure that you are trying to log into the correct account , you can check log-in and products associated with account by logging in here : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/
Otherwise then it could be a temporary N.I. server problem , but if problem persists and not solved any other way then you will have to contact N.I. support here : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053657-Account-Order
