User downloads not appearing

Hi,

I just downloaded a bunch of user instruments/ensembles from the reaktor user page - I did this in the past and they worked great. I've put them in the same folder as the others but they aren't appearing. I'm wondering is this because my OS is still Catalina? My Reaktor is version 6.4.3

@si_rat69 Reaktor 6.4.3 is supported on Catalina. Are you able to load one of these ensembles by choosing File -> Open? Do you know with what version were these ensembles made?

Jeremy_NI .. Thanks very much. I did both of the things you suggested and they appear now.

File-Open, then I save them as a user preset and then they appear in the dropdown list with the others.
