I'm having issues recently with loading samples into the sampler. When I drag a WAV file into the pad and go to the sample editor it either is stuck analyzing or doesnt load the sample completely. The sample works in other DAWs.

Why are you zoomed out so far? Can you zoom in on the sample and upload another screenshot?
@Kazookoo What kind of samples are you loading? Does it make a difference if this sample comes from a different folder, a different drive?
Are you running Maschine as admin? How to Run a Program as an Administrator
That looks like a 5 hour+ sample (20000+ secs), maybe you hit the length limit? (if there is one)
Check what bitrate and sample rate the same is, maybe it's too high.
