I have a some issues with some expansion packs they don't download it keep saying registration failed something went wrong during the registration registration error:The serial been registered already.Also expansion can't be seen in native access
are you using 2 different e-mails (or having 2 accounts) when you buy NI products?
Yes, first thing is to check if you entered the right email address/log in. You shouldn't need to add the serials since they already are on your account.
