How do I stop a note from sounding when I release a key? i.e. I press a key down it sounds, I release the key and it sounds again.

Using Komplete Start, Kontakt Player 6, Hybrid keys and Reaper in Windows 10

Does it happen in standalone? Does it happen when you press a key on the Kontakt keyboard?
