Support ticket auto-answer says i asked for Battery 1-3 support, but i asked for Battery 4 support

After creating a support ticket (# 3594388) i got an auto-answer implying i asked for Battery 1-3 support which isn't supported anymore. But i never asked for that, i asked for Battery 4 support. Does that mean my ticket won't get processed?
