Replacement Encoders S61 mk2

Some of the encoders in my KK S61mk2 are a little bit too loose after many years of use.

Any recommendations on part numbers I can use to replace them? Or maybe another low-tech solution to get a more even resistance across all the encoders?

Not yet! I've been dealing with other stuff and this is at the bottom of my list hehe
