Play series selection failure to install

Hi, I was able to install everything except Play series selection. Installing icon went forever. So, I tried to delete and reinstall same results. I can't uninstall now so I can re download. I had manually removed it so it won't let me uninstall. Any ideas how to correct this? thanks, Alan

I see you contacted our support regarding this. They should get back to you, in the meantime you could try to uninstall with our regtool, as explained for failing updates here: Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows) then try to install again.

If that doesn't work, best is to wait for my colleagues to get back to you.
